1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Quickstand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

  • Quickstand is a sales tracking and point of sale (POS) tool for small businesses.
  • We do not process payments. You are responsible for your own payment processing through your card reader provider (e.g., SumUp, Zettle).
  • The service includes a web-based admin dashboard and a tablet-based POS application.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate business information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and refunds

  • Early access pricing is a one-time payment of €49.
  • We offer a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. Email hello@quickstand.app to request a refund.
  • Future pricing may change for new customers. Early access customers keep lifetime access at their original price.

5. Acceptable use

  • You may not use Quickstand for any illegal activity.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the service without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Quickstand is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickstand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
